The Concept

For Visit Santa Cruz County’s 2025/2026 Visitors Magazine, we introduced a clean, sophisticated design to better showcase the region’s stunning natural landscapes. More full-bleed photo spreads, increased use of white space, and subtle design elements help the reader navigate their way through the magazine–and through Santa Cruz County. Editorial features include a robust arts & culture package and an in-depth look at the region’s unique ecosystems, “Beyond the Beach.”

The Numbers

The 2025/2026 Visitors Magazine saw a 48% increase in revenue over the previous publisher.
